- Open AceEnglish and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Deletion begins immediately and cannot be undone.

AfterwardsWhat happens next
Deleted within 30 days: your profile, practice history, answers, essays, speaking recordings, band estimates, streaks and notification settings.
Kept: anonymised statistics that can no longer be linked to you, and any record we are specifically required by law to retain. Backups are overwritten on a rolling 35-day cycle.
We'll email you to confirm when it's done. Full detail is in the privacy policy.
